The Minnesota Palomino Horse Exhibitors Membership Information.

In order to become a member of MPHE, you must first join Palomino Horse Breeders of America (PHBA). You can register online at PHBA's web site. If you live in Minnesota, you will then be automatically a member of Minnesota Palomino Horse Exhibitors. If you live in a state which does not have its own affiliated palomino member organization, you can specify with PBHA that you want to affiliate with the Minnesota Palomino organization. This would make you eligible for Minnesota Palomino Horse Exhibitor state awards.
